Our Mentors

TiE Kerala mentors are accomplished entrepreneurs, CXOs, investors and industry leaders who bring deep domain expertise and hands-on experience, mostly TiE’s Charter Members. They volunteer their time and knowledge with a shared commitment to give back to the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

How the Program Works

The TiE Kerala Mentoring Program begins with mentor matching and structured interactions such as speed pitching and one-on-one mentor connects, enabling founders to gain early feedback, clarity, and direction. Startups that require deeper, continued guidance may opt for extended mentorship engagements, where mentors dedicate focused time and expertise through mutually agreed, chargeable sessions. For founders seeking long-term strategic support, the program also enables the possibility of engaging mentors as advisors, fostering sustained relationships that support the startup’s growth journey over time.

The program itself is not intended as a fundraising forum; however, mentors may independently choose to explore broader forms of engagement, including investment or collaboration, if there is mutual interest and alignment. Any such conversations are initiated at the mentor’s discretion.
