Jose Dominic
Mr. Jose Dominic, a Chartered Accountant by qualification joined his father’s business in 1978 at Casino Hotel, Cochin leaving the accounting firm M/s AF Ferguson & Co. in Bombay. He took over the reins of the enterprise which grew into a group of hotels which came to be known as Casino Group of Hotels. The group rechristened itself as CGH Earth in 2004 giving a clear definition of experiential holiday to its business and also adopting and strongly implementing core values of environment sensitivity, local community inclusion and adaption of the local cultural ethos. Jose Dominic has served on several National & State Advisory panels on Tourism of the Government and industry bodies. He is the Founder President of Kerala Travel Mart and Founder Member of the Eco Tourism Society of India. He is the Past President of TiE Kerala Chapter and was the President of the Cochin Chamber of Commerce. He is the Immediate Past Chairman of CII, Kerala Region and presently member of National Tourism Advisory Council.
